We’re seeking an Operations Assistant who possesses a sharp mind for contract negotiation and a strong grasp of financial modeling. This role is at the intersection of legal, finance, and operations, requiring a balanced approach and expertise in all three areas.

You've worked in international companies in the fitness, app, or consumer tech space. You know the pace, the complexity, and the standards that come with operating at scale across borders. And now you want to apply all of that to help build something from the inside.

You'll report directly to the Head of Operations. No bureaucracy, real ownership, real impact.

What You'll Do

Contracts & Legal Coordination

  • Support the full lifecycle of internal and external contracts, from drafting to execution. This includes NDAs, vendor agreements, partnerships, B2B contracts, licensing, and other agreements needed to support Hevy’s global growth.

  • Work closely with our external legal counsel to prepare briefs, coordinate reviews, track open points, and help keep timelines on track. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and eager to take initiative while growing into the role with guidance from the team.

  • Maintain a bulletproof contract repository: up to date, properly filed, audit-ready. Own the tracking of renewals, expirations, amendments, and obligations.

  • Support GDPR compliance documentation, data processing agreements, and Terms of Service updates as the product evolves.

Financial Analysis & Data Verification

  • Prepare pre-close financial analyses, consolidating data from multiple platforms and sources into a clear.

  • Extract, download, and cross-reference data from app stores, subscription platforms, and analytics tools to verify figures, spot inconsistencies, and validate key business metrics.

  • Flag anomalies, trends, and opportunities and translate them into crisp, decision-ready summaries for leadership.

Operations & Scaling

  • Manage supplier and partner records across internal systems with obsessive accuracy.

  • Handle the legal and operational onboarding of new employees, service providers, and business partners.

  • Proactively identify friction points in our workflows and build scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in an operations, legal-ops, or hybrid finance/legal role.

  • Comfortable fielding internal legal queries and knowing when to answer, when to escalate, and when to loop in the lawyers.

  • Solid with numbers: you can pull data from multiple sources, cross-reference it, and build clear reports without someone holding your hand.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
